With effect from Wednesday 1st September 2021, we will be relaxing our existing COVID-19 protocols as all of our staff have now received their second Covid -19 Vaccinations. The door however,  will still remain locked as we maintain social distancing as far as possible, due to the continuing high levels of Covid-19 infection in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. 

Our staff will not be required to wear masks and the public should use their own judgement when visiting the Spa and wear a mask if they wish to.

All appointments will need to be booked in advance and we are not permitting any walk in appointments or groups of people wishing to book or wait in reception. Our policy for keeping to 30 minute plus appointment times also remains as we are still continuing with our stringent room cleaning policy in between appointments.

Payment For Treatments.

With effect from 1st September 2021, we are changing our booking policy to full payment required at the time of booking, which will allow us to work more efficiently when clients are arriving and leaving the Spa.
